Food Pantry

LaVale Christian Center reaches out to families in need through its community food bank. Since 1993, LCC has provided as much as 12,000 pounds of food annually. This food is purchased from the Western Maryland Food Bank and transported to the church's facilities where it is stored and distrubuted in accordance with Maryland State guidelines.

The food pantry is open to all families who meet the financial criteria. Food is available on an as-needed basis and may be received at the church. Those wishing to receive food may call the church office to schedule an appointment.
